Her professional experience includes working with and auditing organizations across a range of sectors, including Mahanadi Coal Fields Limited, Advantage One Technologies, Snap It Solutions India Private Limited, Allahabad Bank, UCO Bank and State Bank of India.

CS Ravikanti Nirosha is a qualified Company Secretary and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), with experience in corporate compliance, governance and secretarial matters.

She has experience supporting organizations in meeting regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate governance standards and managing corporate secretarial processes. Her work includes handling board-related matters, statutory compliance and corporate actions, including Board Meetings, AGMs and EGMs.

With in-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and related regulations, Nirosha also works with stakeholders to ensure that corporate processes are managed accurately and efficiently.
